BEFORE YOU START, YOU WILL NEED:

Your Beckley Sanitary Board (BSB) statements - You will need the account number in order to access the payment system.

Your credit card information – You will need the credit card number, expiration date, card holder name, and the address where your credit card bills are mailed.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

If your account is scheduled to be shut off or has been shut off for delinquency, you cannot make a payment over the internet or by phone.  Payments can take up to three business days before they are posted to your BSB account.

Please Note: 

A service fee of $3.95 will be charged by the service provider, Official Payments for credit card charges and a $3.00 for Electronic Check transactions.  While you will be paying your account with Beckley Sanitary Board, the full amount of the fee is passed to Official Payments as the provider of this service.
