The Beckley Sanitary Board welcomes our online patrons and customers with this new web site. Information is now at your fingertips 24 hours a day.  Our objective for this web site is to provide a convenient tool to assist our customers with information about services provided, operating procedures of the utility, and an educational background on wastewater treatment,  storm water management and local water quality.

Beckley Sanitary Board provides sanitary sewer service to over 7,600 customers, which includes most of the City of Beckley and surrounding communties of Raleigh County, West Virginia.  Beckley Sanitary Board also operates a storm water utility and provides stormwater services to residents and businesses within the Beckley Urban watershed.  Over 10,000 customers are provided with storm water services as a result of the City of Beckley's designation as a Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) by the federal government. 

Our staff of 32 personnel work day in and day out to provide affordable, quality service, while maintaining a high standard to protect our water environment for the community of today and tomorrow.
